Tehran museum to host weeklong Polish film lineup

Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art has started the week to screen films from Poland.

The cinematheque section of the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art in the Iranian capital has collaborated with Poland’s Embassy in Tehran to dedicate a week to screen films from the European country.

Six films has been slated for the event aiming to introduce Polish films to the Iranian audience.

Stage and screen director Feliks Falk's ‘The Collector’ along with ‘Essential Killing’ by director and actor Jerzy Skolimowski is among titles in the lineup.

The Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art will hold the film week in honor of Polish films.

The event runs January 27-February 1, and attendance to all shows is free to the public.
